Carnock and Oakley Church               Four Villages - Two Churches    One Parish

Who we are

Carnock and Oakley Parish Church is the Church of Scotland serving the West Fife villages of Gowkhall, Carnock, Oakley and Comrie and surrounding areas.

Presbytery received the report from the Presbytery Plan Review Group, recommending that the linkage with Saline and Blairingone is discontinued. We are granted permission to call a 50% Minister reviewable after 5 years.

Where we are

Our church buildings are in the Main Street in Carnock and Station Road in Oakley.

Carnock
Coming from Dunfermline on the A907, look out for the traffic lights in the centre of the village and you will see Carnock Church on the right-hand side of the Main Street, just before Carnock Primary School..

Oakley
Coming into Oakley from Dunfermline on the A907, turn left at the community centre into Station Rd. Continue straight ahead at mini-roundabout and Oakley Church is situated on the left opposite Oakley police station.

Maps showing our location are provided at the foot of this section.

Both Churches have the T-loop system installed for hearing aid users.

Oakley Church also offers disabled access and amenities.

When we Worship

Sunday Services are held in Oakley at 10.00 am and Carnock at 11.30 am.

Rag Bag Recycling Skip - When you are doing your Spring Cleaning this year, please remember that there is a recycling bin at the rear of Oakley Church.  The Church receives some money when the contents are uplifted.

Co-Op Community fund raising - we are delighted that the Co-Op have chosen us to be one of the charities to be supported by the community fund raising scheme. Monday 24th April 2017 on behalf of Carnock and Oakley Parish Church, Mrs Isobel Gibson (Treasurer) and Mrs Mina Kyle (Chair of the Board) accepted a Co-Op donation of £1476.  This generous donation will allow us to press ahead with the purchase and upgrade of our audio visual equipment to allow better use of projectors and screen. The new equipment will be a great addition to our Church buildings. A very big thank you to the Co-Op and their customers.
