Oakley Church kitchen has been inspected and regisitered with Fife Council and operates a Food Safety System in line with current food hygiene regulations. The Kitchen rules and signature check sheets are held in a folder  kept in the kitchen.

Home Baking we have to obey food hygiene rules with regards to home baking. All baking has to be wrapped (no fresh cream please) before handing it in. We will try to supply wrapping beforehand and could we have a note of your recipe so that we are aware of any allergens.
